Hickory, NC - - Who doesn’t have questions when they receive a medical bill? The Business Office at Frye Regional Medical Center knows that medical bills can be confusing as well as overwhelming and that understanding your insurance coverage as it relates to your hospital bill is a particularly daunting task. To help alleviate concerns and provide another means for clarification, Frye has implemented a new email address for these very questions. By emailing questions to billingquestions@fryeregional.com, patients are provided with an alternate option for communicating with the hospital which also provides written documentation regarding their invoices. Each email will receive an acknowledgement of receipt within one business day. Answers to questions may take longer than one day; however, patients can rest assured that their concern is being processed. As always, for patients that prefer to speak directly with a person Frye offers Customer Service Representatives at 828-315-5500 from 8:00 am- 4:30 pm.
