Frye Regional Medical Center Announces New Vice President – Human Resources

    Hickory, NC - Elizabeth Elich has been named Vice President – Human Resources at Frye Regional Medical Center. With more than 23 years of experience as a healthcare professional, including 14 years as the Director of Human Resources at Methodist Hospital in Gary, Indiana, Elich brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her new role at FRMC. Her expertise covers all aspects of Human Resources such as recruitment, retention, benefits, policies, employee relations and training. “Elich will be a true asset to Frye and our employees; we are fortunate to have such an educated and experienced professional in the field of Human Resources joining us,” said Craig Hume, Chief Operating Officer, Frye Regional Medical Center.

    Elich holds a Bachelor of Science, Nursing degree from Indiana University and a Masters in Human Resources Management from Loyola University.

    Frye Regional Medical Center, part of Tenet North Carolina, is a 355-bed acute care facility located at 420 North Center Street in Hickory, NC. The hospital has been serving the medical and health care needs of Catawba County since 1911. The hospital’s main campus includes a comprehensive heart center and cardiac rehab, orthopedics, bariatric surgery, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, pediatrics, center for neurosciences, cancer center and women’s pavilion.
