Hickory, NC - - Frye Regional Medical Center welcomes emergency physician, R. Travis Torman, DO to its medical staff.
Dr. Torman received his undergraduate degree from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. He received his medical degree from the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, MO and completed his residency in emergency medicine at Michigan State University. During his academic career, he was named the 2002 Aventis Scholar and served as chief resident.
Dr. Torman is a member of the American College of Emergency Physicians, American College of Osteopathic Emergency Physicians, and the American Osteopathic Association.
