All patients at Frye Regional Medical Center must be registered. This is necessary for medical records as well as insurance and billing information. Most insurance companies tell us what information is needed.

To ensure no delays, all emergency patients will be provided with a medical screening exam prior to obtaining billing and insurance information. Your insurance card(s) will be copied. Insurance coverage will be verified by the hospital and you will be informed of your responsibility for deductibles and/or co-payments. If you have financial concerns, you should ask to speak with a financial counselor. You may pay your deductible and/or co-payments at the cashier's office.
