If you've been living with an open wound, chances are you may feel as though it will never heal. The Vein and Wound Center at Frye Regional Medical Center is here and may offer hope.
Our Approach
The Center is a multi-disciplinary, outpatient facility which brings several specialties together to provide coordinated care to patients with chronic non-healing wounds. Chronic wounds are those which have not shown significant improvement within four weeks or complete healing within eight weeks. Recognizing that every patient has special needs, each patient treatment plan is managed by a wound treatment center physician and a registered nurse case manager who is trained in wound management.
