Community Resources for individuals with Parkinson’s Disease are available in Catawba County, offered through the Hickory Foundation YMCA
in partnership with Frye Regional Therapy Services. Classes include:

Pedal for Parkinson’s

A stationary cycling program specifically for individuals with Parkinson's Disease (PD) to help improve PD-related symptoms
