Oakwood Place's Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for substance abuse issues help at-risk or troubled employees continue working while they are treated. Oakwood Place's aggressive, customized program helps restore workers' productivity to keep them working at their optimum potential.

Many employees can be treated while continuing to work. Treatment consists of two components: a didactic approach (classroom lectures) and group therapy. Entering the program requires a doctor's diagnosis and referral. Those who participate must be able to conform to an outpatient environment.
