Frye Regional Medical Center’s Material Management Department provides our physicians and staff with the tools they need to provide our patients with high quality care. The offsite warehouse facility, located at 745 22nd Street Place SE (Sweetwater Road) in Hickory, houses Frye’s Purchasing, Central Stores, Inventory Control/Distribution and Offsite Courier Services. Off-site storage of medical and administrative supplies provide our hospital with a working environment free of clutter while providing our staff and physicians with necessary supplies at a moments notice.

Frye’s Material Management Team employs 21 people and operates 2 trucks and 1 van that service Frye’s main campus, south campus, and satellite facilities. Our hospital relies on the Material Management Team to provide supplies and support that integrate our physicians and staff to serve you more efficiently.
