HEART HEALTH SCREENING* - $39
Consists of an EKG, blood pressure test,
Body Mass Index, fasting lipid panel and
health risk assessment. |
SLEEP APNEA QUIZ
If you snore loudly, wake up groggy or feel sleepy and/or irritable during the day, this screening may be for you. |

BLOOD GLUCOSE CHECKS
Measures the amount of glucose in your
blood. Blood glucose tests are done to
check for diabetes or hypoglycemia.

DIABETIC FOOT EXAM
Checks for possible wounds or problems
associated with diabetic feet.

PVD SCREENING
If you feel symptoms of pain, achiness,
fatigue, burning or discomfort in the muscles
of your feet, calves or thighs that usually
appear during exercise and goes away
after several minutes of rest, this
screening may be for you.

CLINICAL BREAST EXAM AND
MAMMOGRAPHY SCHEDULING
Physical examination of the breast to
check for lumps or changes that may
mean a serious problem is present,
such as breast cancer.

STROKE SCREENING
Stroke is the third leading cause of death in America and the number one cause of adult disability. Check your risk level and knowledge with this questionnaire.

PARAFFIN HAND TREATMENTS
This spa-like treatment can help to alleviate pain and stiffness associated with osteoarthritis.
