Frye Regional Medical Center announces Allison I. Lee-Vue, MSN, FNP-C has been added to the staff of Frye Infusion Care. Mrs. Lee-Vue is a family nurse practitioner who as a young girl served as her family’s translator at doctor’s appointments and hospitals, which drove her desire to be in healthcare.
“After working as a nurse for many years, I decided to advance my education so that I may be able to provide patient care as well as have the autonomy to assist patients in their treatment choices that are best for them; therefore, this is my objective as a nurse practitioner,” said Mrs. Lee-Vue.
Mrs. Lee-Vue graduated Summa Cum Laude in her Masters of Science in Nursing program at Winston-Salem State University in 2011. She oversees the day to day clinical operations at Frye Infusion Care Center.
