The Hickory Crawdads, South Atlantic League Affiliate of the Texas Rangers, are excited to welcome Frye Regional Medical Center as the Official Hospital of the Crawdads. Frye will serve as the official team hospital from the 2012 season through the 2014 campaign.
“Frye is very pleased to be the Official Hospital of the Hickory Crawdads,” said Frye Regional Medical Center Chief Executive Officer Michael Blackburn. “The Crawdads provide great family fun for our community, and we look forward to supporting them for seasons to come.”
“We are thrilled about the opportunity to partner with Frye Regional Medical Center,” said Crawdads General Manager Mark Seaman. “Considering the fact that Frye has such a strong community presence and is only five minutes from the ballpark, we feel this is a perfect fit for both parties.”
As part of the partnership, Frye will provide first aid nurses during all 70 Crawdads home games for optimal fan safety at L.P. Frans Stadium.
