The Vascular Center at Frye Regional Medical Center provides comprehensive care that addresses the many health issues of patients with vascular disease.

At the core of our program is our nurse coordinator whose primary focus is to assist the patient through the diagnostic and treatment process. The coordinator is available to answer questions, offer support and facilitate communication between the Vascular Center and the referring physician.

DIABETIC FOOT CARE

The Frye Vascular Center has assembled a diabetes foot care team to optimally assess and treat the multiple problems involved in diabetic foot care including structural damages, arterial insufficiency, infection, and neuropathy.

Your first visit to the Center will include an initial consultation with a podiatrist or orthopedic foot specialist along with the nurse navigator who will then begin coordinating additional consultations depending on your individual needs.

Early intervention is crucial to prevent foot complications and reduce the risk of amputation.
