The Information Systems department provides services to physicians, hospital staff (both internal and external), patients and visitors. The department(s) are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and provide on-call service in the areas of clinical and financial systems, networking and telecommunications.

Services include but are not limited to:

*Telephone service and support
*Computer service and support
*Clinical, financial & administrative systems support
*Physician answering service
*Beepers for employees and physicians
*Patient valuables storage
*Administrative decision support through reports and electronic media
*Facility operator

Information Systems is charged with the responsibility of providing seamless access to information for the administration, staff and physicians of Frye Regional Medical Center.

We are here to support the staff and physicians of Frye Regional Medical Center in promoting quality patient care.
