Complaints and Grievances
Frye Regional Medical Center recognizes that patients have the right to voice concerns without fear of discrimination or reprisal, and to have these concerns reviewed and responded to in a timely manner. Frye seeks to provide prompt review and timely resolution of complaints and grievances from its inpatients and outpatients. If the patient or his authorized representative is not satisfied with the response to the grievance, they can ask to appeal the finding.
