Hickory, NC (Jan. 31, 2020) Frye Regional Medical Center is kicking off Heart Month in February by treating heart failure patients and their guests to a free educational event, “Let Us Show You The Love.” It will be held on February 12, 2020. Guests can drop-in anytime from 2 - 5 pm at Frye Regional Medical Center’s Heart Tower Lobby, 420 N Center Street, Hickory, NC

Our experts will talk one on one with attendees to discuss:

• Low sodium diet, recipes, and other heart-friendly dietary tips
• Safe exercising advice
• Medication guidance
• Community resources
•  Free information on advance directives
• New Frye Heart Failure Support Group
• Raffle prizes including free digital scales, blood pressure cuffs, gift cards & more­
