Donnielle L Green, DO

Dr. Donnielle Green specializes in physical medicine and rehabilitation, providing rehabilitative care and medical oversight for adults and older adults recovering from serious illness, injury or surgery. Her goal is to restore function, improve mobility and help patients achieve greater independence. With more than 20 years of experience in hospital medicine, hospice and palliative care, post-acute care and physician leadership, Dr. Green brings a broad perspective to each patient's recovery. She collaborates closely with rehabilitation nurses and therapists to develop individualized treatment plans that help patients reach their highest possible level of function. Dr. Green cares for patients recovering from stroke, neurological disorders, orthopedic injuries and other complex medical conditions requiring intensive rehabilitation. She earned her medical degree from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan, and completed her internal medicine residency at Garden City Hospital in Garden City, Michigan.
