October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month
Frye Regional Medical Center along with other community partners are working on a road map to health for the people of Catawba County, identifying health status, health needs and priorities. We have launched a comprehensive Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA), which will provide the foundation for improving and promoting the health of each community member. Your thoughts on the health needs of our community are greatly valued by the partners and will make a difference in improving the health of our community. Please complete by October 30, 2022.
Our chat assistant can help direct you towards finding a provider or scheduling an appointment.
